🇺🇸 4th of July Parade moved to Sept 5th 🇺🇸
The 25th annual parade has been rescheduled to 10 a.m. Saturday, September 5 along Irvington Blvd due to FIFA World Cup matches requiring city safety personnel.
🗳 Third Civic Club Meeting of 2026 – Board Elections
7 p.m. Tuesday, August 25 at the Lindale Park Community Center
This meeting will hold our annual board elections for a 2-year term (2026–2028). Six board members will be elected. All current members are eligible to vote.
💚 2026 Community Sponsorship Program Launch 💚
A new sponsorship program enables local businesses and neighbors to invest in community programming, including events, beautification, family activities, and the parade. Sponsors receive recognition through website, social media, email, newsletters, and event marketing.

7 p.m. Tuesday, May 26 at the Lindale Park Community Center
Tepatitlán Fundraiser for the Parade
April 30 — All Day Event at 4720 Main St.
Benefits from dine-in or to-go orders, with happy hour 3–7 p.m., kids plates at $6.99, and raffle tickets ($10 = 1 ticket | $25 = 3 tickets).
🌳 Neighborhood Tree Giveaway 2026 🌳
8–11 a.m. Saturday, April 4 at the Lindale Park Community Center, 218 Joyce St.
Pick native Texas trees courtesy of Trees for Houston. Trees are first come, first served.

Features traditional categories judged by committee plus a Kids' Choice Award voted by Lindale Littles.

Spaghetti dinner with neighbors; bring dessert if desired.
🎃 Halloween Yard Decorating Contest 🎃
Judging Date: Friday, October 24th
Three traditional categories plus Kids' Choice Award.
Boos & Booze Fundraiser
Spooky yard signs ($15), boo bags with signs ($20), or adult booze bags ($25). Proceeds hire HPD security for Halloween night; raised over $1,200 last year.

National Night Out
Sunday, October 12th from 5:00–6:30 PM at St. Albans Church
